actually it does... the gline expired, it doesn't mean the akill does.
Anope only puts a temporary gline in place to prevent the connection but after it expires the akill is still active. So if the user would reconnect, anope would kill the connection and put a new temporary gline in place.
Prevents huge gline lists...
