Nicks can't be registered

When users try to register their nicknames, says:
Code: [Select]
(notice) NickServ: The nickname CASITA2010 can't be registered.I have up to 480 registered nicks, why this msg jumps now?

Does it happen for every single nick or just some?

Also can you A) tell us if you have tell us if you have RestrictOperNick enabled and B) show us /os staff
