can only be caused by 1 of 2 things.

1> disk/quota is full.
2> lack of permissions.

well.. How do i know if the Disk quota is full? My OS_info.db file is at 0 bytes and its just sitting there doing nothing. there is a very rare occasion when it actually does update (like once every 3 months) and after it tries to update again it still just sits there doing nothing.

Make sure you don't restart services, you will probably lose your databases.

Assuming linux, type "quota" on the shell and paste it here.

Whilst you're at it, you might as well type:

ls -al ~/ | grep services

ls -al ~/services/

ls -al ~/services/backup/

and paste those.

maybe i should have included a bit more information with this..
-old info-
Unreal 3.2.7
Anope 1.7.19

-new info-
Windows XP
(cant afford a shell) <- problem maybe?
dont know how those commands you are telling me about works...
