Title: Anope 1.6. with mysql --> accents

Hi.
I'm using Anope 1.6 with MySQL ; however, Anope inserts "?" in the DB instead accents. What can I do to change this ?

No response generally implies people either don't know the answer to your question, or more likely, don't have a clue about what you're talking about without further information about your system, locale, version, etc.
