Step 2, download SDK. The current link redirects to downloads home.

The SDK isn't needed anymore with the newer VS versions

Step #1 points refers to 2005 express or VC 6. Perhaps an overall update then?

In short, the current step-by-step instructions are antiquated and IMVHO, either fixing link in step 2 or update the whole section to reflect newer versions of VC++ express. :)
