Hmm, trying to find a module that would have a quote system, bit like funserv on rizon.
on the sidenote, does anyone know if funserv (from rizon) is available to install and setup?
is it a anope attachment?

what kind of ircd is behind rizon? did you check it?
does anope supports it?
are they using anope?
all those questions can be answered by yourself.
about the quote system: haven't you opened a topic about it? qouteserv? didn't you get reply there?
about funserv: why not check its page/docu? why don't you try it?
