Title: i canT start services...

when i can need a start anope. i give this ...

what is this problem? connat execute binary file?

What version of Anope are you actually running?  Anope 1.9.x's anoperc looks in ~/services/bin, not in ~/services.

i did install a 1.9 version of anope. i use this command for the compile "make" make is succesfully.. But i seen the services directory, this directory is only blank...

what is the problem , i dont understand

you should have 2 folders in /services on 1.9,  bin and data,  services is started from bin

You might have forgotten to do make install.  Also, if you have an existing 1.8 install, don't install 1.9 over it.

You didnt correctly install anope
