I have a Physical Machine (Windows 7 64 Bits)
I have VirtualBox which is running Linux (Ubuntu 64)

Windows Machine have Real-IP Address, so my question is >
Is it possible for external users to connect to the IRC Server, which is running on the VirtualBox Linux Machine (Under the Windows's one) and if yes - How?

P.S II > I know the question is more like for VirtualBox, but if someone can answer me, I will appreciate it. If my post is in violation with the rules, please delete it.

It's entirely a non-anope question but I'll answer it.

On the virtual machine's properties change the networking Adapter from NAT to Bridged.
Ensure your Virtual Machine has internet access.

Bridging gives the Virtual Machine an IP on your Actual Network (LAN) same as your computer has.
Something like 192.168.0.116 you simply have to port forward the right ports on your router like normal.

However I seriously do not advise home hosting IRC Servers for public use due to your IP Being Public and easy to attack.
If you intend to run an IRC Network permanently consider getting a cheap VPS.

Hello,

Yes, absolutely this is possible.

VirtualBox supports NAT/port forwarding that will help you make this work.

It is important to understand whether your Windows PC has a 'real' public IP address (internet facing), or just a 'real' LAN IP address behind a router.

If the former, it is easy enough to set up port forwarding by looking in the machine properties and in the network section "Port Forwarding".

In general, the ports was the only logic option, since the server was refusing the connection, but just wanted to make sure of this.

On a sidenote, you'll (and everyone on your home connection) won't be able to connect to your outside IP, but you'll need to use the internal one. It'll work out perfectly as long as your connection bandwidth is good enough and the ping is in a acceptable range. Otherwise, you'll have users connecting and then getting ping timeouts, or other issues that can be highly annoying.

Not necessarily.

My router (ddwrt) / modem combo quite happily allows me to connect to my WAN IP, it's just smart enough to bounce my connect back

YMMV.
