Well if nothing else if you post what you want, someone might be able to point you in the direction of a module already written.  And maybe just maybe if somebody is in a really good mood if it's not already written they may write it for you.  But without some info such as what your ircd is, what version of anope (hope it's anope since this is an anope board) and what you want it to do your not going to get far at all.

when user type /ns note text. nickserv record those text in to database of each user. and one user can contain about 50lines.

does anyone have this module?

i currently use with /ms send nick text. but now i want to use it with nickserver. does anyone have it?
