User identification and /cs set RESTRICTED
« on: May 05, 2012, 07:09:04 AM »

Hello everyone.
I use "/cs set restricted" for limit access on my channel, but users have no enough time for identification if they use "perform" and "autojoin"and accordingly they get a ban. How can I decide this issue? Maybe permanent exception or auto unban? Thanks in advance for your answers.

3rd option, have them identify *BEFORE* joining in their perform section.

Performs are done in the order they appear so instead of:

> join #channel
> identify

try:

>identify
> join #channel

In fact, joining channels should be the last thing.

As an example:

> identify to nickserv
> identify to chanserv
> login to channel bot
> msg bot to invite me
> finally join channel
