Buffer error -- ChanServ -- Delete from access list by position

For some reason, Anope crashes on my server when I attempt to remove a person from an access list by their position on the list (i.e, 1, 2, 3... etc). Removing a person from an access list by name works perfectly.

Example printout to log file:
[Aug 12 17:46:33 2011] PANIC! buffer = :JAJA PRIVMSG chanserv@<censored address> :access #Meeting del 99
[Aug 12 17:46:34 2011] Backtrace: not available on Windows
[Aug 12 17:46:34 2011] Running
[Aug 12 17:46:34 2011] Shutdown: Services Shutting Down
[Aug 12 17:46:34 2011] Services terminating on signal 11

Current version: 1.8.6
Previous version (up until yesterday): 1.8.3

I'm wondering if anybody else is having this issue?

Do you have any extra modules loaded? Try removing all of your 3rd party modules and see if it's still reproducible.

Thank you, it didn't occur to me to actually check that. It seems cs_access_notice doesn't like me. :p
