LastSpoke module

Do you guys know of any lastspoke modules?

I'd like it to be if someone types !lastspoke <name>, the bot will say:

<nick> last uttered a word X minutes and X seconds ago

or for opers

<nick> last spoke in #chan saying XXXXXX Y minutes and Z seconds ago.

There isn't a last spoke module for Anope that I know of but there IS one for Denora.
