Hi.
I am not if i am doing this right or if i can describe the module i need, but i will try.
So, i need a module, for Ircop who can kill users ONLY in a particular channel they are in.
In other way, i would like to authorise Ircop to a unique channel.

IRCops are server and network level operators. For this to work you need to talk to the coders of your ircd. Services have nothing to do with restricting the /kill command.
