Title: Problems with usermodes +r 1.7.13

I all,

We are running anope 1.7.13 with Unreal 3.2.4 however its not setting the usermode +r.

I have checked the Ulines and they all seem in order and I have also checked the TS most are close enough.

Below is the extract

I have removed the server names.

If +r is never been set, your ulines are wrong.

a /stats U would help along with the ServerName from your serivces.conf - of course, there useless if you change them, how can we spot errors if we see a modified version - seriously noone cares what your network name is...

I dont know what was wrong but a restart of services fixed it.. I will monitor and keep you apprised.
