This module allow users to reset their passwords.

 - RESETPASS Reset the password of the given nickname
 - ENTERCODE Confirm your password reset operation.
 - RESENDCODE Send the passcode for password reset again.

Once the user requests a password reset with RESETPASS command, the module will send to the nickname's e-mail address a passcode. User must enter the passcode with ENTERCODE command, and the module shall reset the old password to a new random password.

Configuration directives

 # RestrictReset [OPTIONAL]
 # Module: ns_resetpass
 #
 # When enabled, RESETPASS will be restricted to IRC operators.
 #
 #RestrictReset

 # ExpirePassCode time [OPTIONAL]
 # Module: ns_resetpass
 #
 # Define the expire time for generated passcode.
 # If not defined, the default is 1h.
 #
 #ExpirePassCode 1h

Get pass/send pass only works with unencrypted passwords. You have encrypted passwords so it will not work. If you actually read what you pasted, you'd know that already.

The documentation is well done:
Quote
/msg NickServ help getpass
NickServ (services@dummy.net): Syntax: GETPASS nickname
NickServ (services@dummy.net):
NickServ (services@dummy.net): Returns the password for the given nickname.  Note that
NickServ (services@dummy.net): whenever this command is used, a message including the
NickServ (services@dummy.net): person who issued the command and the nickname it was used
NickServ (services@dummy.net): on will be logged and sent out as a WALLOPS/GLOBOPS.
NickServ (services@dummy.net):
NickServ (services@dummy.net): This command is unavailable when encryption is enabled.
NickServ (services@dummy.net):
NickServ (services@dummy.net): Limited to Services Administrators.

But you should not do this, you should be protecting your users by encrypting their passwords.
