Title: -ChanServ- Unknown command help. "/msg ChanServ HELP" for help.

hello i got some problems with the ChanServ. Doenst like the /msg command in any case. Al others are working properly like nickserv, operserv etc, etc.

i include the include help.conf, anope.conf

i am using in the service.conf the following parameters ;

is there somebody who can help me with this one. Should be something little.
