I config file services.conf:
module {name ="name_module"}
but when type /os modlist (login oper) not show "name_module"
(i must use command /os modload "name_module")

I assume you did restart anope since making the change?

Paste what you put in exactly, and also the logfile from ./services -debug so we can see if it tried to load it or not.
