session limiting

Hi guys most of our users use irccloud including myself. Now it's saying
[uxbridge.irccloud.com] (User has been banned from xxxx (Session limit exceeded))

How do I turn this off googled it no luck any help will be much appreciated :)

/os help exception

and then /os akill remove the existing akill.
