Title: start error on the new anope

i edited the config file, and named it services.conf  and somehow it says:

This app. has failed to start because the configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the app. may fix this problem.

I've edited the config file, what is missing?

Read the notice at the top of this forum. You can't miss it (although you obviously just did).
