Services JOIN channel

how can I move the services in the channel #services , they do not want to join  ???

You can't, not without a module, which there are none currently for 1.9.x.  I also don't recommend it, it serves no purpose to shove all the Services clients into one channel.  At the most, you can put ONE of the Services clients into the channel by using BotServ to assign it, but that's it.

This means there is no module for 1.9.x like ircd_init or similar ???/

no.. there aren't many modules available for 1.9 and since it is an early development branch, that will probably continue to be the case in the near future...
