Title: ms_limitsend query

i understand how this module works but had a interesting question on it..

i personally only use xop so its not a problem for me.. but

will ms_limitsend work where access is specified ?

i'm using anope 1.8.5 with unrealircd 3.2.8.1

You can easily try it; Disable xop for a #test channel and try sending a memo with a nickname that has some access :-)
