Hello,

The services anope laggue at unquestionable time in particular at the time of updates database.
This base is very large :

- NickServ contains 30321 nicks.
- ChanServ contains 1252 channels.
- BotServ contains 26 bots.

Time for kicker a user for flood or a long time before having an answer of any bots for example can be the reason at the time of the updates database ?
