hello would be possible to create a module that shows the command / chanserv info # channel all. these details.

In 1.9.3 theres os_stats which does it:

[02:20:46] -OperServ- Current users: 37 (18 ops)
[02:20:46] -OperServ- Maximum users: 39 (Apr 21 00:41:58 2011 BST (1 hour, 38 minutes ago))
[02:20:46] -OperServ- Services up 10 hours, 30 minutes

i dno bout 1.8 try /os stats

os_stats is network wide, he's asking about for specific channels.

Yes, it's possible but I don't know of any module currently doing so. Try: http://modules.anope.org

You could use fedora which has a !peak command. However it only shows peak not when.

I assume you are not referring to the OS maintained by redhat by the same name. perhaps a url?

Yes there is a module that but he did not specify his store in the db module cs_recordcount.c there is even the topic referent
