anyone can help me to create a color vhost for anope,if there is a module o link where i can find information? it's possible?

This breaks the RFC, and only one ircd supports this type of bad formatting and that is an ircd that Anope does not directly support

in 2006 its one ircd, in 2008 its all live ircds support color, why anope not?

if any ircd dont support this, an option can be set in services.conf for enable/disable or can be set in protocol for each ircd.

As far as I know no sane IRCd supports this atm.. UnrealIRCd doesn't and I know it is possible in InspIRCd, but only after editing the allowed characters in the config file, at which time you will lose our support. There is no other anope supported ircd that allows it without modding I believe.. and we don't support modded IRCds.

Either way this is not gonna happen.. I d like to say ever, but chances are maybe someday it will be tolerated, I hope not in my lifetime though.
Anope supports a multitude of IRCd's and it can only do so by following standards.. breaking them so some noobs can look a bit more fancy is just asking for trouble.
