IT works :D i just rehashed the service config and the ircd config and then tried /operserv modlist and it was there :D

try:
/os set debug on
/os modload ms_rsend
/os set debug off

Then paste all the lines from your services log file that contain '[timestamp here] debug:' (without the quotes).

Please include ircd version and anope version in your reply.

ms_rsend can only be loaded if MSMemoReceipt is defined in services.conf ... my guess is that s where your problem lies...

all i get when tring this is "unable to load module"
