Modules Help
« on: May 07, 2008, 11:28:34 PM »

hey, having 2 probs ere...

1, i have set

NSDefKill
#NSDefKillQuick

cause i want the 60 sec time delay to turn to guest.
it did work but it would only work for the 20 sec one, but now it dont work, i tried doing make clean then reinstalling but still same, and yes i restart services.

2, i have the vhost modules but on auto load it says

[May 07 23:20:48 2008] ircd_vhostserv: Error: vHostChannel is not defined in services configuration file or vHostChannel is not registered. You need to defined or register the vHostChannel first for this module to work.

yes i have read the error and the channel is regg'd and the correct part is in the config like so

Code: [Select]

# vHostChannel <channel> [REQUIRED]
# Define your network vhost channel.
#
vHostChannel "#vhost"

have more code but didnt wanna paste stuff that aint needed :) also tried make clean then reinstalling and restarting services but still no luck

thx

1>NSDefKill only applies to nicks registered AFTER you set it.
2>If you ever had NSDefKillQuick, it will apply to ALL nicks BEFORE you disabled it.
3>Users have the right to UNSET DefKill
4>If a users hostmask matches what is in the users NS ACCESS list, they will not be guested.
