I don't think you can get botserv into channel, but you can make a bot this way:

/bs BOT ADD BotName BotIdent my.network.net BotName

Then assign it into your channel this way:

/bs ASSIGN #ChannelName BotName

Currently you cant. If you wish for the channel to remain open, then your best option is either an eggdrop, or a stats package that leaves it's bot in the channel all the time such as Denora.

just to add before i started using denora and eggdrop i used to use os_staychan, it creates a pseudoclient that will stay in a channel and keep it open.

sometime i has entered on a server where a bot(made with botserv) has remained after the last user has left the channel.
So, don't exist any module for this?

If there is it will be on http://modules.anope.org however, such a module creates a desync between Anope and your IRCd, in that your IRCd sees the bot in the channel, and Anope doesnt. This can lead to problems such as with +i channels where you get "Cannot join channel (+i)" but at the same time /cs invite says "The channel does not exist"
