i need a module which i can control those pseudoclients join a channel via control from operserv
such as
/OperServ PCJOIN OperServ #Services
/OperServ PCPART OperServ #Services

at the same time i would like to know how to configure so services are +q

Check out my module os_client. Edit the source so that protectservices is turned off, and you can join services to channels with:

/os client join OperServ #channel
