This is a known bug, and in future bug reports should be posted to the bug tracker at
http://bugs.anope.orgAlso with your DefConChanModes, +i actually makes +R redundant, in that you need inviting to get in anyway. +R means you need to be using a registered nick.
The same can be said about +m making +M pointless. Since +m means users without +, %, @, & or ~ on the channel cannot speak. Where as +M includes registered nicks in the allowed to talk list.
And also note that any invite only channels will lose their invite only status when you go back to DefCon 5 (when this bug is fixed) so for the sake of any users wanting to maintain invite only channels personally I wouldnt add +i to DefConChanModes. But thats my opinion.
