Title: Read error from server

What am I forgetting.

just wont start services

your config link doesn't work

but besides that there is a read error from your server so it might be of use to paste your
unreal link blocks and listen blocks as well

More specifically there's something not nice about the listen block for 6667.

Show us that please.
