Title: User From registered password forgot password help needed

Hello,
I have a friend on my small private IRCD server with anope 1.8.5.
My friend forgot his password that he used to register, and when he registered he used a fake email address.
I have been trying to help him recover his nickserv password with no luck yet.
I used the command sendpass to his real email but nothing came I am assumming that is because he used a fake email when he registered?
Any suggestions or ideas would be very helpfull, I have been trying to find a solution for a while now, this is why I came to the forums now.
