Based on v2.0 by DaPrivateer, I've updated this module to be used with newer versions of Anope.
Currently it compiles and works as expected, however I'll be cleaning up the code a bit more to make it a bit more usable and moving some of the constants to the config file.
I released v2.1 last night and overlooked a few things, sorry. Upgrading to v2.2 is highly advisable.
