[request] bs_botmode

I would like to see a module that allows you to change the mode of the BotServ bot in a channel. Like you could do /msg botserv botmode #channel halfop and the bot would halfop itself. Our IRCd is Unreal3.2.7 and Anope is 1.7.21.

Just give the bot 4 access and it'll be halfoped when it joins.

an access list may only contain registered nicknames...
next time maybe think about it/try it out first  ;)

as for the idea itself.. technically possible, though I fail to see the point.
