[Request] gline on no reply to ctcp version

Hello there,

I'm looking for a module (linked to statserv ?) which allow to kill or gline clients who don't reply to a ctcp version in a minimal time. So the module have to do the /ctcp version request when user connects (statserv does) and kill/gline after a certain time without response.

Do you think it's possible ? I didn't find any existing module doing that.
