ns phone module

I am wanting a module where a user can type something similar to "/ns set phone <number> <provider>" and for it to only be view-able by ircops+ (something like where an ircop can type /ns info nick all and see everything about the user... I am coding an SMS feature and this will be very handy :P

This is simple enough, give me a few* days. ;P

To expand on this I think something like Atheme's set metadata is a rather neat feature. It allows users to add nearly anything.

* "few" is more than 2 and less than "a lot". lol
