Title: anope and hybserv,which is better for hybrid ircd?

I'm a newer about irc services.I want to know the answer of it.And anope 1.6.4 could support hybrid 7.2.2 well?

your best bet is to try out hybserv and anope and make the decision which is best for yourself, since "best" is 100% subjective :)
