I need the Qop or Fop module on anope 1.8.7 windows
I can't find it.

Why wont giving the user your channel password and setting securefounder be sufficient?

I won't do that.

Any way when I run anope 1.9 I get this error, that's why I am using 1.8

I have answered you on the original thread for your 1.9.7 issue.

There is no difference in access than can be expected with qop. Securefounder prevents other that id to the channel from taking it over. Only the real founder can change certain settings including the password.
