Hi,
In the last version of Anope (2.0.3) there is probably a bug. When a user connects to the network, Anope shows only Logon News insteand of sending after the Logon News a Random News.
Before Anope 2.0.3 this problem didn't exist.
Example (before Anope 2.0.3):
<[Global]>[Logon News - May 11 19:11:00 2015 CEST] My text - logon news 1
<[Global]>[Logon News - March 17 12:37:07 2016 CEST] My text - logon news 2
<[Global]>[Random News - March 19 18:15:23 2016 CEST] My random text - random news
Example (after Anope 2.0.3):
<[Global]>[Logon News - May 11 19:11:00 2015 CEST] My text - logon news 1
<[Global]>[Logon News - March 17 12:37:07 2016 CEST] My text - logon news 2
I searched in OperServ's config and there aren't problems, I use:
module
{
name = "os_news"
announcer = "Global"
oper_announcer = "OperServ"
newscount = 5
}
And it works well on Anope 2.0.2.
Is there a way to correct this problem? I noticed the same problem in another network, updated to Anope 2.0.3.

Yes I think this is a bug. I'll fix it for 2.0.4.
