It would be helpful to narrow down problems with linking and such if Anope loggedd "ERROR" messages even when not in debug mode. Since they usually contain the reason a connection failed when somtimes a user will get the "No such file or directory" error after the IRCd dropped the connection after sending an "ERROR" to say why.
