Access to chanserv

one of my global opers doesnt have any access to chanserv commands.. he keeps getting
-ChanServ- Permission denied.
no matter what he does..

any ideas on a way to fix this??

Does he get permission denied too with /msg ChanServ REGISTER ?

My guess would be you have CSOperOnly enabled and this 'global oper' is not listed with services as a services oper/admin. Just because an oper is an oper with the IRCd, does not mean services sees them as an oper.

That Oper must be set as services admin or possibly root, I think this should solve your problem :)

To check if he is in the services admin list :
Quote

/MSG OperServ ADMIN LIST


And you can him/her to the services admin list by :
Quote

/MSG OperServ ADMIN ADD <nick>
