Can I see the output of /stats C, /stats P, and the content of your services.conf please.

It apparently has something to do with the forking. A workaround is to run Anope with the -nofork parameter.

I don't see a bug logged for that, and the user has an issue with TS6 in his conf.

If you have evidence to support this issue and a workaround, please log a bug.

TS6 issue checked and found to be not valid, user trying with nofork now.

Your theory is sound, it has linked with nofork, good find.

Can you post a bug about this>

Unfortunately, the nofork method doesn't seem valid all the time. I have just encountered an instance when nofork still results in the same problem. Should I still log a bug?
