Title: Network looking for windows based servers.

I'm attempting to form a IRC Network of windows servers. The thinking is that most (not all) people running windows based servers are independent with a small user base. I think bringing together a number of small servers with limited user bases would be beneficial to all who participate. The link requirements will intentionally be lower than most other networks.
