Title: running 3 differnt dns on ultimate3

[Falcon-IRC] *** Global -- from hub.abbaddon.net: Non-ULined server Services.Falcon-IRC.net trying to SVSMODE!
 i know there is a way to fix this had this issue before but dont remeber how any help would be appreciated

ulines where correct had to hard restart all the servers for anope to reconize fixed now thanks

technically they were not correct. Once you change the ulines or add ulines on any server the ulined server, in this case Anope, must be re-introduced. This means /squit and /connect the new server or restart services.

It's not good enough that the config file is correct, the changes don't take affect until AFTER the ircd or services reconnects to the network.
