about the popular modules

hello,
when the popular modules (like: Most Popular 10 Modules) will advertise to version anope-1.8.4?

Not sure what you mean but the most popular modules arn't version-specific, most authors dont keep the supported versions up to date, so many people will be downloading modules that appear in the most popular area and using it on 1.8.4 although the author may have the last version as far back as 1.7.x. Also the modules in the top 10 most popular download numbers range in the thousands, anope-1.8.4 has only been out a month.

i mean that i need the module "os_notinchanlist" but the module not support anope-1.8.4.

can you give me download for anope-1.7.21 for linux?

os_notinchanlist does work on 1.8.4, as do most modules from 1.7-1.8. It's just that (understandably) the module authors don't update the supported versions with every anope release.
