i need to disable permantly the commands /cs xop aop sop etc
and to exist as default the /cs access #chan add user

in services.conf which modules i must remove ?!

1> remove cs_xop from ChanCoreModules.
2> make sure CSDefXop is commented or simply delete it.
3> on IRC type: /msg operserv modunload cs_xop

That should do it. Since xop is a long standing part of the core, there may be traces of xop being mention in the help files and other residue. but XOP will not work.
