I'm running Unreal 3.2.7, and anope 1.8.0-rc1 on Windows server 2003

Up until I restarted the machine that they're on tonight, services worked perfectly.

However, now nickserv ignores me totally, and as a result, I also can't do anything with operserv as I can't identify for my nick.

I've tried ending the anope process through task manager, deleting the nick.db file, then restarting anope, and re-registering my nick.

However, this has not worked. I don't get any sort of confirmation from nickserv that my nick has been registered (in irssi on linux - my bot on the windows machine can still identify with no problems).

The following is the log file from anope from the last time it was started. I could remove and reinstall anope again, but I want that to be a complete last resort, as I spent over 3 hours getting everything working properly yesterday.

Also, there were no logs of errors during the registration attempt from me, so it's as if it's not recieving the messages for whatever reason (in addition, if I do a whois on operserv or nickserv from irssi, nothing is returned, yet the bots show up in a /whois **, and all the other bots respond, and also show up in whois attempts. This only occurs from linux though, and nothing has changed on my laptop between the last time it worked and now.):
