Hello,
i have a nickname, who is registered in nickserv, and well identifyd in nickserv.
This nickname ist also in the admin list of operserv.
When i want to have admin access with this nickname. Do i have to identify also in operserv? And when yes, why? because i read
A user whose nickname
-OperServ- is on the Services operator list and who has identified to
-OperServ- NickServ will be able to access Services operator commands.
When i do a '/msg operserv help' i become 'Access denied'
(Nickname is correct identifyd by nickserv)
I can't do also a '/oper name password' command.
For information: in services.conf i have #OSOpersOnly
I think that i need the # if i want to have nicknames in the
OS admin/oper list?

No, you identify to NickServ and after you've done so the access is global. So if a services root identifies with NickServ that will make sure that he also has instant access to OperServ.

I'd say read the description of the OSOpersOnly command more carefully. This option makes sure that non-opers cannot reach OperServ in any way. When I add this up to your comment about not being able to oper up (/oper) I think that this is also the cause of your problems.
Do keep in mind that changes in the Anope config file aren't immediatly applied.

You need to be an ircop as well as identified to the nickname.
I can't do also a '/oper name password' command.
This would indicate your ircd is not setup to allow you to oper.
If you want to get any of anope's core operserv modules to do anything useful, you need to a) oper, b) be on the access lists. Fix your ircd's o:line and you should be sorted.
