Hello everyone.
On my testnet with Anope 1.6.4 and bahamut 1.8.4, I register channel #test and set mlock on it to be +nsti-R. I op another user in that channel and he tries to remove mode +s and set mode +R. And it succeeds, chanserv does not try to return the mlock back again. What's wrong? Maybe I'm missing something?
Thanks for help..

Nevermined, solved it myself.
The problem was due to changed behaviour of TMODE in bahamut 1.8.x series, in do_cmode().
