Title: Throttled: Reconnecting too fast

hi,

when i try and start anope why am i getting

FATAL: Remote server returned: ERROR :Closing Link: [127.0.0.1] (Throttled: Reconnecting too fast) -Email info@tech-cent.net for more information.

in the debug and is there a solution?
