Title: Windows 1.7.18 Installation Help

Okay, so I downloaded the pre-compiled version and did the configurations the best I could and the exe will not run. I know this is because I configured something wrong, so I took he advice from the wiki and ran it with  "anope.exe -nofork -debug" and it said "The system cannot execute the specified program".
